As a client of DataSafe Storage, you can relax in the knowledge that we will ensure you meet all of your statutory obligations relating to the destruction of documents. And, in each case you will receive a certificate as evidence that appropriate action has been taken.

Our clients control the entire destruction process - from deciding what to destroy, to receipt and final checking of the destruction certificate. We undertake numerous checks and cross checks to ensure accuracy of the documents that are to be destroyed.

All destruction is done via shredding and takes place off-site by qualified personnel in a secure facility. We guarantee to only destroy documents that have been pre-authorised by you, and we provide all our clients with regular reports highlighting which records have been destroyed.

Our environmental policy ensures that we recycle all shredded records.
