Different than individual tape rotation which happens on a daily basis, case rotation often works for smaller businesses that rotate their backup media once a week.

In the event of a disaster, DataSafe Storage can deliver your back up data case within 1 hour locally within office hours, to ensure that downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. This service is available 24 hours per day, 365 days a year.

As with our hard copy storage service, all data movements are logged and tracked and your data is kept confidential at all times.

DataSafe Storage provides secure offsite magnetic media storage to all commercial computer users in a secure and environmentally controlled facility.

Our media vaults are approved to MOD and CSA standards with controlled temperature at 20C (+/- 5C) and humidity at 46% (+/- 5%). In addition, the vault is fire rated to over 4 hours, is static free and protected within our overall sophisticated fire detection system.
